My new airpod pros 2nd generation are really painful and are giving me ear ache, am i able to return

I started using my airpods when they came and tried out all the tips and i found one that was comfortable but im finding the airpods to be extremely uncomfortable and are painful to use for more than 20 minutes, I am very unhappy as these aren’t exactly cheap! The noise cancelling doesn’t seem to be working properly either i can still hear everything. Would i be able to return these?
