Why has my o2 mobile monthly bill has been increased again???

is this yet another one of those annual hike??? tracking some Retailed index rubbish??

Depending on how much it's gone up by, it is usually the annual RPI charge.

If you check on the right hand side of the article you will be able to calculate the amount your bill will go up by.
