hi Neil,

This is a customer to customer forum, so no one from o2 CS will pick this up,. best bet is to call CS on 202 from your o2 phone.

You really need to call them. Can you see what the extra charges are in My O2?

You can't just cancel because you don't like your bill I'm afraid.
You need to learn what is included and what is chargeable and avoid going over your allowances.
