First off please get my name correct, which I have asked you to do on several occasions
It is YVONNE [personal details] . I bought a £10.00 monthly sim. The first payment was taken from my bank account on 22 July 2021. I thought that covered everything but you are saying I owe £2.90, explain please. Finally the contract you sent me shows the mobile number as being [personal details] but I migrated my phone number [personal details] . The whole situation is confusing

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
