There are 2 mobile numbers on my o2 account that are not mine. I have received 2 texts today. One confirms my usual monthly bill. The other is proposing to take a new payment. Please advise how to stop this. I have also received emails about these new numbers. They are not mine

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
