I’ve had this problem so many times with you that I’m actually thinking of leaving o2 I’ve been with you for about 15 yrs and don’t really want to change now the problem is that every time you cut me off I lose contact with my customers on here as I buy and sell goods 24/7 on the internet and I can’t be cut off not even for a short time as I lose customers and so lose cash which is to put it kindly really p*****g me off I’ve ask you loads of times in the past to put me back on early and I square the bill every single time so please can this be done again?

I don't want to appear unkind but if you paid your bill in a timely fashion then you wouldn't have your service disconnected. Please think about setting up a direct debit then you wouldn't have these problems.
Also, if you move to another network and are late paying your bill, then they will cut you off as well.
In the meantime you need to speak to payment management on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
