My O2 app

Can you help i have had to change my username and password for my O2 and i can now sign in again but i can no longer get into my O2 app on my phone. It tells me there is no account linked to this email and i may have to reset my pin but if i cannot log in how do i reset my pin. Pls helppppp

Delete the app and download it again. Hopefully it should take you through the initial account set up again. Put your news details in and create a new pin.
