Hey there,

I'm currently on a rolling contract with you, but plan to move to Portugal for good. Is there anything you offer / partner networks where I could transition to a contract more suitable abroad?

Not the sort of thing O2 does. You will need to test out networks there and choose one on price and reception 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
