Hi,
Can I ask how I can request the cancellation of my O2 contract (I have two lines until May 24) due to the bad signal? I moved to a new house, and I don't have a signal for both O2 lines.
Thanks,

As they are in contract till May you will have to pay off the remainder of the contract as the terms and conditions don't guarantee reception everywhere
At home you could try WiFi Calling
https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling.
You will need to speak direct with O2 to cancel

I don't have broadband or wifi at home, only my smartphone with O2.
it doesn't make any sense, if I don't have enough signal to navigate, how is possible that I need to pay until the end of the contract

Only thing to do is talk to O2. If their coverage checker is showing no coverage or a long term fault they may be able to do something
You would still have to clear off any handset payment

@soso75 It isn't O2's fault that you moved to an area with no signal. You may be offered a goodwill gesture to reduce the amount you owe, but there's no guarantee of that, and is probably unlikely.
You'll need to get Pay & Go sims from the other networks to find one which gives you the best signal in your area.
