Monthly tariff increase from £20 to £35?!?!

My boyfriend entered a contract at the end of last year for £20 a month for 15GB data but it’s now saying that his tariff is £35?! What is going on?!

Remember the discount is only for 12 months though.

If, as the OP says, the contract was entered into at the end of last year, then the discount should still be in place, unless the OP's dates are incorrect.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
