Hello i have a big problem! I have contract with o2 i pay for 6 months and now he send in the email bill for one year and 6 months 640£! Where i need call to change again take the payment monthly?

@Balan There is no one to take your call at this time of day. You need to call at 8 am.

it is clear that at 8 I will call! I just specified that the personal number that is in the my contract does not work and i need call from other number! thanks

You will need to pay any arrears on the account before they renstate your contract

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
