Hi There
I've just bought a Samsung s4 mini & am paying by monthly Direct Debit
However I still have quite a bit of money left on my old PAYG phone
Is there any way 02 can transfer that money to my new account or do I just have to use it up as & when I can?
I'd really appreciate some help with this
Thanks in advance
rumfie

When I bought my first contract phone they transferred remaining credit over from PAYG. This was all done at the time of purchase which was via CS and phone.

Thanks for the advice
I did know about the number transfer but I didn't want to do that as I now have a new number I can actually remember (this is a real 'first' for me - I used to have to write the number down & attach to phone - luckily it was so old no-one would be seen dead using it so it would never get stolen!)
Anyway back to original point
I think I'll try CS first & go back to plan A if it soesn't work
Once again thanks for your time & advice

If you have changed number you definitely need to speak to customer service. Be aware though that the original number will be disconnected when the credit is transferred.
