Can not use 3g in Telford Madeley Woodside

The mast on Madeley Telford by pass is so over loaded it does not aollow me to use it is any one else having the same problum Note 02 claim nothing wronge its not my phone as it works fine else where.

 

Why won't o2 be honest and admite thier is a problum

Perhaps they aren't aware there is a problem yet. If it's down to mast congestion then things won't improve until the mast is upgraded. When that will be is anyone's guess to be honest.

It was the same in my area for well over 2 years until the 4g upgrade came.
Technically there is nothing wrong with the mast, phone etc, it's just overloaded and incapable of supporting the number of users.
All you can do is wait for 4g or move networks if it's a big enough issue to you.
