I sat and paid all bills over the weekend that are on my account yet this morning you tried to take one bill amount from one account of £73.01 which I already paid and you've took £17.82 from another account but I already paid that bill amount. I need the money returned.

If you pay 7days of the bill settlement date, the payment stays as a credit for your next bill.
You need to pay within a week if bill receipt for the direct debit not to be taken that month, @GraceAlb89. It is in the t&cs somewhere - Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)
Hopefully that is ok.
