Where do I start?
ok so my contract was up so i decided to renew with mobile phones direct which looked like a great deal for a p40 pro when i received the hand set to my horror google services would not install due to a trade war between America and china , so i decided to sned the phone back under the 14 day cooling period, the phone was returned and cancelled at mobile phomes direct, so i decided to go for a phone that actually worked. this is where the trouble has started i tried to upgrade but O2 has me down contracted still to 2022 this cannot be right as i have just cancelled under the 14 day cooling period, ik have been on the phone several times with o2 only to find my bill has now gone up further, all i want is my contract cancelled under my legal right of the 14 day cooling period. i am currently stuck with no phone and a hefty bill for something i do not have..Help Please!

MPD need to update your records with O2.
Chase them up but it can take O2 a couple of weeks to react once instructed to do so.
