As I am now working from home can i increase my minutes to umlinited?

Only by changing your tariff I'm afraid. You can do this via the shop or contacting customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You can change your tariff yourself in your MyO2 without having to wait for customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
