Hi I have an issue where I have 2 or 3 bars of 4g, and my mobile data won't even load a simple web page. This happens in numerous locations. Very frustrating every time I need to use it it fails me.

This could be for a number of reasons. It may be the area of congestion (not uncommon on O2)

And finally, in your phone SIM network settings, step down from 4G to 3G (sometimes called 3G/2G) - it will buy you a bit more download speed if 4G signal is spread too thin, @Jonosaur
