I am changing from pay as you go to pay monthly. I was told that when i lose signal to remove the sim of my PAYAG to my new contract PAYM sim and my number would be migrated. It hasn’t worked, please someone help i’ve called so many times and no one can give me an answer !!

Presumably you have rebooted your phone?
