Good morning,
I’ve woken up to a message thanking me for making an order at around 3am this morning but I haven’t. order says no charges but it’s still a little concerning

@Gemmalo127 O2 has let us know that some customers have received order confirmation messages due to an error and that the notifications have now stopped. They're investigating why it happened but no need to worry.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
