I have my account on my o2 app with my phone number. I also have another account with my (minor) daughter’s phone on. I cannot access her account as every time I attempt to sign in, it takes me to my original account with my number on. It was originally set up on Virgin media. I want to cancel it but cannot access it. They take my direct debit every month but I can’t contact anyone about it. I want to merge both accounts onto one so I can manage everything together.

Short answer is you can't, currently.
I'm in the same boat - taking my money but no option to view or manage account.
@Dave-O2 issue has not gone away and O2 have gone quiet on updates - what's happening please?

@MI5 The current fix available is to use an alternative email, which can be updated by contacting myself.
