I recently signed up for anew 12 month sim only contract, I want to change my number and close off the other account

Just be aware there are lots of reports of o2 refusing to do migrations.. 

So it might be worth porting the number out to a cheap PAYG sim for a week or so and then porting it back in.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
