Making contract cheaper.

Hi! 

I've recently graduated university and am now struggling to find a job and pay my phonebill. Is there a way of downgrading the contract to make it cheaper? I took it out in February 2012 but when I went in to the shop to ask, they weren't very helpful and sent me away without an answer.

If you took out the contract before March 2012 you can downgrade one tariff at the midpoint of the contract. Call 202 free.

You could also cancel any bolt-ons you may have to reduce your monthly bill.
