That particular 'code 15' error was fixed that same day... This seems different. I'm not seeing an influx of similar reports for this like we did with the code 15 error which makes me think this could be account related, which we'd need the customer to contact us about.

They seem like different issues - this one is about being unable to make & receive calls on their mobile after connecting their Apple Watch plan, and the other issue is having no connection on their Apple watch.
If there was an influx of folk having the same issue then it could indicate an issue our side, but with two separate issues, these seem account specific to me.
