Making and recieving calls

Hi.

Since I have connected my Apple Watch data plan I am having difficulty with making calls and Recieving calls on my mobile.

I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max so not an out of date phone and the series 5 watch.

Has this happened to anyone else what shall I do ?

That particular 'code 15' error was fixed that same day... This seems different. I'm not seeing an influx of similar reports for this like we did with the code 15 error which makes me think this could be account related, which we'd need the customer to contact us about.

They seem like different issues - this one is about being unable to make & receive calls on their mobile after connecting their Apple Watch plan, and the other issue is having no connection on their Apple watch.

If there was an influx of folk having the same issue then it could indicate an issue our side, but with two separate issues, these seem account specific to me.

Spoke to someone my account is fine. It’s up to date on payments. Seems to be an issue else where. I call someone and rings and then when they answer the call ends. Maybe a signal issue however it’s every call. Hopefully sorted soon as it’s only started when I turned my Apple Watch data plan on after the previous issue.
