In doing so O2 have taken remaining balance but my order is "still in progress" I'm assuming. Credit check.
Bad news for me as my credit history isn't great.... But I've never missed an O2 payment and they've taken my money for remainding contract. Will I get my money back if I'm refused an upgrade?

It's possible that the delay is caused by the phone being out of stock. Unfortunately only customer service can confirm if that is the case.

If you have never missed a payment then you should be fine. They don't do another credit check on upgrades.
Ting them on 202 for clarification.
