Lowering my tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have been on my contract for 1 of 2 years now and don't use anywhere near my inclusive minutes and data. I am currently oon 900 minutes with the £10 1GB data bolt on, plus friends and family.

I believe I can lower my tariff after one year. If I do lower it through the website will the friends and family stay or do I have to sort it out all over again?

Many thanks.

it depends on the terms of your contract if you can downgrade or not. downgrading wont tske of your friends and family if its a change of tariff. hovever if you are out of contract and move to a cheaper sim only it will. but on most sim only friends and family cannot be added anyway. it is worth you calling cs and having a chat with them.

best to ring 202 for free on your handset to discuss this.

Or look in myo2 online and se what options you have.

It gives me three options on the O2 site; the one I would choose is 600 any-network mins, unlimited texts, 750MB data @ £27 pm. Assuming that doesn't include the F & F discount meaning it would be £19 (£27 - 30%) after?

Definitely not out of contract, cool I will give them a call then. Cheers.
