Lower tariff

Is it possible to change my tariff and choose less expensive one? I used to have my tariff for I think £15 a month, then I changed it to £22, because I needed unlimited texts. I'd like to go back to a lower tariff again. Can I do that?

It depends when you originally took out your tariff. Check in "My O2" as it will give you the options available to you.

If you increased your tariff during contract and your still in that contract you can return to the tariff you originally signed up for
