Lost tablet,still waiting for sim.

Hi.

Three weeks in to a new contract,I lost a Galaxy tablet,believed to be left on a plane.No chance to track it as it was in airplane mode.

I phoned o2 to report it,and was told that they would block it and send me out a new sim with the same number to put in an old tablet I have.

This was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not recieved the sim after being told it would take a few days and there's nothing on my account to indicate its blocked,also there is a Tariff charge of £3.26.

 

Question is should something show on my account indicating it's blocked?

There was nothing showing in my o2 for me when I blocked my phone. I did receive the sim the next day though.
You need to call customer service again to query where the sim is and about the charge. What date is the charge incurred. Is it before or after the loss?

Thanks jonsie.

 

It's not showing when the charge is for just that it is for this month but I know that I have never used it only on wifi at home so I can only assume that it's been used since I lost it.

If you go further into the breakdown of the bill it will show you the date of the charge.
