Lost phone so can't reach O2

Hello,

 

I lost my phone and need to communicate that to O2 but can't since I'm without my only mobile. I looked at O2's website far and wide and haven't seen any email address, so I'm practically unable to communicate with them.

I also can't access the livechat without my phone, so not sure what to do at this point.

 

I want to be able to receive a sim card with my old number so I can just pop it in the new phone I ordered.

The lost and stolen line is open 24/7 and you can use Skype to call. All info in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

However, if for any reason you can't get through then the Social Media teams will be on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

 Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks for the response.

 

I managed to find the device so don't need to ring O2 anymore, but I still accepted your answer as the solution.

 

In my case I had no other phone/mobile so wouldn't have beeen able to reach the Lost or Stolen line, but still had access to the internet so would've explored the social media route.
