Looking to upgrade tariff, but...

Whatever tariff I choose, not including extras, it shows the final monthly price as £37.18. This is the case whether it is 10gb data or 250gb data, set amount or unlimited calls and texts.

Currently I'm on 1gb data, 100 minutes and unlimited texts for £8.66, but I can supposedly get 10gb data and unlimited minutes and texts for £9.91, so obviously I would like to change to this.

This on the site and in the app. What gives?
