List my calls

Hi there

I really need to get a download of all numbers I called in the last couple of months.

I have a Pay Monthly contract.

Any idea where or how I can get these lists ?

Your own phones calls lists should hold some info if you don't clear them.

Go to My O2 and view latest bill.

Scroll down to view older bills.

Select the bill from the drop down list.

Download as pdf link and all o/g calls are itemised.

hi i need to get my call list but i dont know where can i get it, i called costemer service i wait 25 minutes on the phone and she said "you have do it on internet" how???

You need to log into My O2 for your call logs if you are pay monthly. Only outgoing calls are available

If you are payandgo you would need to fill in the subject access request at a cost of £10

Do you not have calls stored in the phone logs? Think about using an app such as sms+ which backs up call logs and texts to Gmail or there are others which auto back up to cloud storage.

The app mentioned above.. SMS Backup + was a godsend to me when I transferred from Note 3 to Note 4...
