LeisureTime 200 Pay Up Front Tariff Information

I have a monthly "LeisureTime 200 Pay Up Front" contract that I've had for years, that I use in a dumb phone to receive the odd phone call.

The contract allowance is 200 off peak any network minutes.

I'm trying to find out what "off peak" means and the the cost of UK calls and texts.

Back in the day, text messages cost between 10 and 12p, and peak times were 0600-1800 Mon-Fri, which at some point changed to 0700-1900.

There is absolutely no information on the website about this tariff.

In myO2 all I can find out is that I get 200 off peak any net minutes, and clicking on "View Standard Rates"gives the message "There are no standard rates for this number."

A phone call to 202 yielded, Text messages 1p, Calls 45p/min, peak times 1800-2200 7 days a week.

Apart from the voice call rate, I don't find any of the information credible.

Can anyone tell me what the peak hours are for this tariff and what the rates are?

The MSE information is from  2005 - nearly 14 years ago.

Out of package call costs went through the roof some years ago.

I raised a complaint after 202, Web Chat, and Twitter all provided conflicting information.

I received the following information by email:

Allowance: 200 off peak/weekend minutes to any network, No Texts or Data (I believe data can't be turned on for this tariff).

Peak definition: 0700-1900 Mon-Fri

Off peak: 1900-0700 Mon Fri

Weekend 2400 Friday to 2400 Sunday

Out of allowance Call costs (from UK):

UK Calls 55ppm

SMS: 15p

(Roaming/International - not asked for)

@EmilieT sounds like one you may be able to help with?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

After an hour of waiting, a "supervisor" on the chat service has told me that the times on this tariff are Peak: 0800 - 1900 Mon - Fri, Off-peak: 1900 - 0800 Mon - Fri, Weekend: 2400 Fri - 2400 Sun
Unfortunately she can't tell me whether "Weekend" is peak or off peak rate.
I prompted her with the words 'Please do not be afraid to say "I'm sorry I don't know, I will ask someone" ' but she didn't take the hint.
Couldn't provide any out of allowance costs...

Not applicable
As it’s an old probably discontinued tariff. Nobody would know about it unless they were cs staff when that tariff was available

@pochisoldi  In the days of tariffs like that, weekends used to be considered off-peak. As for the times, you'd have to ask customer service again. If you can't get an answer, then make a few calls on a Saturday or Sunday and see if you get charged.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Somebody has to know, because someone has to tell the billing system how to account for each call/sms.

Or put another way, somebody has keyed information into a computer system, and that information still exists, otherwise I wouldn't be able to receive calls and myo2 wouldn't tell me which tariff I'm on.
