Hi, I left 02 in early March but am still waiting for my final bill. I left my contract early and am keen to finalise all outstanding payements. I recieved my april statement which was near 0, but wondering when and where my actual final bill will come from. I have left my direct debit open and have tried to contact 02 directly for clarification but have had no luck getting through on their customer service phone line. My 02 home page is also not helpful as it looks like as the phone is deactivated it is not showing any phone related news. Please advise me as I am trying to settle everything and don't want any problems down the line.

Leave the direct debit in place and you should get your final bill on your next billing date.
