Sadly due to the effects of the pandemic I have been laid off and I am unable to pay my bill which has had all calls diverted to payment line and the data cut off.
This as you can imagine is hindering my job search.
The tedious thing is it not able to get through at an O2 employee to discuss my case as all calls take me straight to the payment line.
Is there anyway of skipping the payment to actually talk to somebody?!

I'm in the same predicament, I've called every O2 number and going through fraud is the only way to speak to someone 😒, and fraud are not helpful.
