02 is charging my mum for a call to the Gambia over a£1,000. I raised a complaint over 4 weeks ago because my initial complaint was not addressed. My Mum does not know anyone from Gambia. I asked 02 to investigate, send me an itemised bill for the last 2 years. Neither which have they done. They have now sold the debt to Moorcrodt who is hounding her. She is 84 years old and understandably very distressed about this. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this?

I'm sure you will get better responses that mine but as the debt has been sold on to Moorcroft you will need to contact them now As far as O2 is concerned it's now nothing to do with them

@L0 Nothing anyone here can do to help. Unfortunately your mum has been the victim of a fraud.
