I’ve just requested for my monthly O2 contract to end. So I will be going on pay as you go with another provider. O2 have texted my PAC but I can’t recall how to use my pac to keep the number when I finally swap over to PAYG sim. Anyone know please?

If you are going with another provider then simply contact them and give them your PAC. They will do the rest for you.

It's possible that you may be able to do it all online if you go on the provider's website. They will text you to let you know when your number will be live on their network Just follow the instructions on the text but it is all so very easy to keep your number these days.

@RD

Just to add that your PAC is only valid for 30 days, so make sure you complete the process within the time specified.
