I have recently bought an android phone and want to keep my old payg O2 number. I have received my new sim card with a new number but I want to change it to the old number. I've completed and returned the "Keep my number" form. Haven't heard anything. I need to start using my new phone!

You just need to do a sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
