So I joined o2 connected the esim all good for a week. Ported the no from another network. my sim stop working can't get in touch with o2. no one is picking up the phone I tried to wait up to 45 mins
Can I please have a Pac code so I can move on from this dreadful company

Unfortunately a 45 minute wait isn't very long these days. If you have no phone to use download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Thank you, so apparently some thing went wrong with my porting and they can't even send me a new sim and can't give me pac code as well. not sure what do now.
they say they will escalate the call to their technical department but no one calling me back. Do I need to go 2 the offices to sort this out ?
