O2 has blocked my device so I can’t login to the my o2 app to pay, I also can’t receive the Confirmation text message to log in online, and I can’t call the support team, how can I pay my bill?

Use another phone, or Guide: A Guide to Skype and call 0800 902 0217
Bare in mind if you have been disconnected o2 may charge you £15 to reconnect your line, and also a £6 late payment fee, there will also be late payment markers added to your credit file.
You might also want them to set up a direct debit, to avoid this happening in the future.
