Hello i paid off my pay monthly on saturday of £203. today i woke up with another payment taken off me which was another £203 which then put me in overdraft. why did it take another £203 from me when i already paid it off on saturday ?

You made a manual payment too near the direct debit date
You need to allow at least five working days so that the bank knows you have made a payment and the direct debit will be adjusted
Call the payment management team for a refund
