Brand new phone, new monthly tariff but zero cover in Europe or South America (Chile) - just paid €10 on my flight to send this message.

@UkBadger

Did you get the phone from O2?

If not, there may be roaming bars on your account which you will need to contact customer service about Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You can also try manually searching for a different network to roam on.

Is anything working at all ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @UkBadger , hope you had a nice weekend. Sorry to hear you weren't able to roam in Chile earlier. 😞 Did you get any help from the above suggestions from @MI5 since you last posted?
