International call rates

I have recently received a message from O2 stating that: "We 've reduced our prices. From 3 December 2012, you can call landlines for 2p per min and mobiles for 9p per min".

However I have been paying only 2p per min for landlines and ONLY 4p per min for mobiles... So I wonder how is this supposed to be a reduction in international calls rates.

You can check the international call rates here, so I guess they are changing:

I don't disagree with that. But I mean why is O2 calling it a reduction when it actually increases the prices?

No idea sorry, have you asked them what's going on?

No. I haven't because basically my problem is not an increase in rates, but the treatment i get by O2. It always seems to me that O2 just tries to make a fool out of me.
