Resolved! 4g network loss

When I have my HTC set for LTE Auto the phone quite often loses its network connectionIf i set it to 3g it doesn't happenSpoken to HTC and they reset it somehow, and said if it continues get a new SIM?Is that the answer ?

Don't buy phone insurance from O2

This is a bit of a surprise but don't buy phone insurance from O2. My phone replacement is taking at least two weeks with no end in sight! The whole point of insurance from your phone company is fast replacement. I recommend a third party insurer now...
