Hi, why am I not on the trial for international caller? Got the message on the 28th of November and service was switched off on 30th. Shocking period of notice!Does that mean that after 13 years with O2 and the Bolt On I’m not a valued customer and will have to pay full charges? No information on website either. However is the coms person is doing a bad job I must say!

Thanks Cleoriff. I phoned O2 customer services on 202 and there is nothing they can do to add me to the trial. Basically I have been using the Bolton for the last 10 and in the last 6 years I only use it to talk to my elderly father who lives alone with no other means for communication. It’s a very sad Xmas present that I have to wait until the trial is over in 2018 but the change mgt team failed to give me a like for like alternative. I regret to say other companies have the plan o2 is tryiling so I don’t have to wait... I feel like I’m colateral damage of O2 change manage team which had a poor comms person who could not get a message across straight (“if you are not on trial, you don’t have a line for like option and have to pay the extremely high fees of international calls”.) very poor marketing and PR for O2 I’m affraid. Sad but after 13 years of loyalty to O2 I have no other option but leave!!!

Download Dial 123. It's half the price of calls on the beta trial and works wonderfully well.
