I broke my phone and have been searching the o2 website to try and find out how I can make a claim without having to phone up, as my phone is obviously out of use.

Wondering if anyone here would know where i should email/who I should contact.

I pay for full coverage insurance.

I'm guessing the idea is to send this claim form by post? Thing is I don't have a printer either...

Is there an email address I can send it to?

There's an email address and fax number at the top right hand side of the form @Rufus

Do you have a laptop or tablet?

You can always contact o2 by live chat by going to https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and if/when an agent is available you will get a pop up in the middle of your screen
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
