Overpaid Current bills via for Current month due when missed air plan bill month before

i have made five payments over £200 this month for my device and airplan contracts with O2 for my phone. My normal total combined both plans is just over £56. I was unable to pay £15 something for my device plan last month and O2 contacted me to say the same. Less than a week later on pay day i paid the outstanding and both my due bills for this month in advance. Should have been 3 payments in total. The app tells me after 5 payments i was told over due i then ow3d over anothet £100?! Not been able to conatcy any advisor working hours as i am a key worker and works before and past 9-5pm at the moment.has anyone else has problems being over charged VIA the O2 app?
