Upgrade received but no SIM card and the SIM card from my old phone does not fit my new I phone XR

@JP1952 You need to call customer service. Numbers are in the link. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If you can't get through, use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option.

Also an alternative method from an O2 Guru:

Call 202 from your mobile:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

What was your old phone?

All iPhones have used a nano sim since the 5 but the latest iPhones need you to insert it upside down.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you can, you could also visit a store to get a new sim card.
