Have applied to get the credit back to my bank account have applied for this three times on chat and was told it would be paid into my account and recieved a call from accounts to verify that it would be paid. Have filled in details three times on website still nothing. Have wasted a lot of time online trying to get this back still nothing. I now am about to give up as this is probably the way the system is designed that you get so frustrated so you give up and o2 pockets the money especially when you have switched to another provider. What else can I do once o2 gets the money they are not going to give it back. Have also posted on O2 facebook page and this was message was ignored.
