Impossible to change my first name

I want to change from a Pay & Go to a Pay Monthly. When I set up my account, I put my official name. 

Minh Tuan. However, when I can to order, I get a message "Enter a valid first name between 2 and 20 characters. No spaces or special characters". I cannot enter the textbox. It shows green but just cannot be changed, forcing me to make a phone call to order.

You are better off calling or going in store anyway.
The website has loads of issues.

Very weird. Is the website not accepting the OP's official name...or not allowing ANY name to be inserted into the text box.?

The website is weird.
It won't accept some peoples bank details so why should names be any different!

Looks like there's no other choice, but at least you'll know if they have stock without handing over your money and waiting weeks wink
