Well, I just found out it's IMPOSSIBLE to ask for a new sim card replacement without calling them (from what number?) or going to the shop. Since I work 10m away from my nearest shop, they don't take anymore customers before 20m or so to closing time. I've tried 10 times online chat, but they are always busy. I can't even cancel or freeze my contract on myO2 website. Because of that I had enough...
I'm writing them a letter to cancel the remaining of the contract but does anyone got a better idea to cancel my contract sooner?

@Kvathros If you need a replacement for your sim see this: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
If you cancel your contract you'll have to pay the remainder of it: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community
