Hello I wonder if anyone can help . I reported my phone as lost on the 30.3.23 and the following day found the phone so I phoned o2 again and the cs agent assured me the bars would be lifted within 24 hrs . Well over a month later and my phone still says no service . I’ve had two new SIM cards and neither have worked . I’ve visited the o2 store and they phoned o2 for me and they were told the same that it would take 24hrs . I find the cs can not help me so I’m at a loss and not sure what to do next . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your account would have been barred too, hence why sim swaps aren't working for you, so you need O2 to lift that bar as well as the phone bar.
